Service Description

Adolescence counselling is designed to support young people as they navigate the complex and often challenging transition from childhood to adulthood. This period is marked by emotional, social, academic, and physical changes that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Counselling provides a safe, confidential space for adolescents to explore their thoughts and feelings, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies. Whether a teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, peer pressure, identity issues, academic stress, or family conflict, a trained counsellor can help them understand their emotions and make positive choices.
